Terms & Conditions for Monastery Cave Hotel, Mustafapasa

1 Reservation will be accepted once a downpayment is received. A minimum of 40% of the total price of your stay will be requested as a downpayment. In using the Monastery Cave Hotel web site, you consent to the terms and conditions. Once your downpayment is received your reservation is considered unrevocable. If the expiry date of your bank card is before the date of your arrival, the Monastery Cave Hotel reserves the right to debit the total amount of your stay.

3 Cancellation
Please also note all cancellations or modifications must be made in writing, either by fax or email. Any downpayment will not be reimbursed.

cancellation up to 40 days before your arrival date: the price of the first night will be retained + 15,00€ cancellation fees
cancellation between 7 and 40 days before your arrival date: the price of the first night will be retained + 50% of the total price of your stay + 15,00€ cancellation fees.
cancellation less than 7 days before your arrival date: 100% of the total price of your stay
no-show: 100% of the price of your stay + 15,00€ cancellation fees

4 Check in time is any time after 14:00pm. If guests arrive before, we can offer to hold luggage at the hotel. Check out time on the date of departure is 12:00am. If the room is not vacated by this time, the customer will be subject to another night. Equally we offer the service to guests where we can hold luggage after 11:00am until the end of the day on the date of departure.
